Technical Data

bedAway clear picture.jpeg

The 745 x 545mm working area is shielded by side panels which provides effective protection of the person emptying cages. The red control lamp will light, when the velocity of the air falls below 0.6m/s indicating that the pre-filter needs to be removed and cleaned/changed. The pre-filter is removed by unscrewing the black hand crews above the work area whilst the unit is on. If the pre-filter is removed and replaced semiannually, the life span of the HEPA filter will be approximately 3 – 5 years. As an option, BedAway can be equipped with ventilation outlet attachment to connect the exhaust air to existing HVAC duct work. To use this feature, the existing exhaust ventilation system must be able to remove 3000m³ air per hour. BedAway maintains the working area in the cabinet at a class M3.5 or Class 100 according to Fed Std-209E.

External Dimensions: 1435H x 750W x 1200L mm
